(Made with white beans)
BEAT:
½ cup cooked white beans
1 cup brown sugar
ADD:
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
SIFT together:
2 ¼ cups wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
ADD flour mix to bean mix.
BLEND well.
STIR in:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup pecans (or walnuts) chopped
COVER and refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
DROP by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
BAKE: 10-15 minutes
YIELD: 4 dozen
