Tomato Sauce

HEAT in saucepan:
Olive Oil
ADD and SAUTE:
Onions
Garlic
ADD:
Roma tomatoes, chopped
Italian herbs
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of sugar

SIMMER covered for 25-30 minutes.
